Reach your whole list with one voice broadcast
Record one message and send it to every customer on your list at once — a payment reminder, an event notice, a renewal nudge. Calls place in parallel across every Indian operator, recipients can press a key to respond or opt out, and you see who answered. DLT- and NDNC-compliant from the first dial.
What you get
Voice reaches people who never open an email or an app. A recorded call lands the same message to a first-time customer and a long-time one, in a language they speak.
Your whole list, one broadcast
Minutes, not hours
NDNC and DLT handled
How voice broadcasting works for your team
A broadcast is four steps: record the message, register the line, load the list, and launch. The setup is handled for you, so the first time you run a campaign you are approving a recording and a list rather than wiring up a portal. Most teams go from a spreadsheet to a live, compliant campaign on the same day.
- 1
Record your message, or send us the script
Upload an audio file, or give us the text and we produce the recording in the language and voice you choose. Hindi, English, and the major regional languages are supported, so one campaign can greet each region in its own tongue. Keep it short — a clear fifteen to thirty seconds lands better than a minute — and if you want a second pair of ears on the script before it goes out, ask. A small change in wording often moves the response rate more than anything technical.
- 2
We set up your caller ID and DLT registration
We register the calling line and the message template under DLT, so your calls show a recognised number and clear compliance before the first dial. You don't touch a portal or chase approvals — we tell you which documents are needed, submit them, and confirm when the line is live. A recognised caller ID is also the single biggest lift to answer rates, because people pick up a number they know and ignore one they don't, so it is worth getting right the first time.
- 3
Upload your list, or connect your CRM
Bring a spreadsheet or push numbers straight from your CRM. Numbers already on the National Do Not Call registry are filtered automatically unless they have given you consent, so you stay on the right side of the rules without scrubbing the list by hand. Duplicate and malformed numbers are cleaned before the run, and you can split a large list into segments so a reminder, an offer, and a follow-up each reach the right group rather than everyone at once.
- 4
Launch, then watch answers and key-presses in real time
Start the broadcast and follow answer rates, voicemail detection, key-press responses, and opt-outs as they arrive. Busy and unanswered numbers retry on a schedule you set, so a missed call becomes a second attempt rather than a lost contact. When the run finishes, every outcome — who answered, who pressed a key, who asked to opt out — is in one report you can export and hand to whoever asked for the campaign, without stitching together screenshots.

Built for Indian telecom compliance
Outbound voice in India is governed by TRAI and delivered under the DLT framework. Your business registers as a principal entity, the calling line is registered, and each message template is approved before a campaign can run. We handle that registration so your first broadcast is compliant, not a risk.
Promotional voice campaigns are scrubbed against the National Do Not Call (NDNC) registry, so numbers that have opted out of marketing calls are filtered unless they have given you consent that is on record. Transactional and service calls follow their own rules. Either way, calls go out on a registered caller ID rather than an unknown number.
Consent and opt-out are recorded per call, and an opt-out is honoured immediately across future campaigns. Our DLT guide covers principal entity registration, caller line approval, and which categories a given message belongs in.
Transactional and service voice — an OTP read aloud, a delivery confirmation, a service-outage notice — can reach a customer at any hour, because it is not marketing. Promotional voice is held to permitted calling windows and the NDNC registry. Getting a message into the right category at registration is the difference between a campaign that runs and one that is blocked, so we classify it with you before launch rather than after a rejection.
How teams use voice broadcasting
Anywhere a message has to reach everyone quickly and cannot depend on a smartphone, a voice broadcast does the work of a phone bank without the phone bank.
Payment and renewal reminders
School and college alerts
Public and civic notices

Frequently asked
How long does DLT registration take for voice?
Registering a principal entity and a caller line typically takes a few business days once your documents are in order. We handle the registration and the message-template approval for you, and we'll tell you what's needed up front so nothing stalls mid-campaign.
Can recipients press a key to respond or opt out?
Yes. A campaign can invite a key-press to confirm, opt out, or connect to an agent. Every response is captured against the number and shown in your report, so a broadcast becomes a two-way conversation rather than a one-way announcement. Combine a key-press with a callback and a single broadcast can book a slot, confirm a delivery, or route an interested customer straight to your sales line.
What languages can the message be in?
Hindi, English, and major regional languages. Send us your own recording, or give us the script and we generate the audio in the voice and language you choose. You can run the same campaign in different languages for different regions.
Do you detect voicemail and answering machines?
Yes. Answer-machine detection tells a person from a machine, so you can play a shorter message to voicemail, skip it, or mark the number for a retry. Outcomes are recorded per call so your reporting reflects who actually heard the message.
How does NDNC scrubbing work?
Numbers registered on the National Do Not Call registry are filtered from promotional campaigns automatically, unless the recipient has given you consent that's on record. Transactional and service calls follow their own rules. We keep the consent and opt-out records you need.
Can I schedule a broadcast and control the dial rate?
You can queue a broadcast for a permitted window in IST and set how quickly numbers are dialled, so a large campaign goes out at a pace your team and your callers can handle. Campaigns can be paused or cancelled before they finish.
