Connect customers and agents with click-to-call

A customer taps a button on your site, or an agent clicks a record in your CRM, and a call connects both sides in seconds — no number dialled, no number exposed. Click-to-call turns interest into a conversation while it's still live.

How click-to-call works

Click-to-call places a call from a click. A customer on your website asks to be called and the platform rings them and an agent and bridges the two; or an agent clicks a lead in the CRM and the system dials out on their behalf. Either way the connection happens in seconds, while the intent is still fresh.

Neither side dials a number, and with masking neither sees the other's real number — the call runs through a virtual number in the middle. That protects customer and agent privacy and keeps the conversation on a line you can record, route, and report on.

It plugs into your CRM and your website, so a sales team works from records rather than a dial pad and a support widget turns a help-page visit into a call. Calls route by skill or availability, and one that isn't answered drops to a callback queue or voicemail rather than being lost.

Because each call is logged against the record or the page that triggered it, you can see which lead or which content produced a conversation, and recordings — with consent — feed quality and training. Click-to-call is the bridge between a digital touch and a human one.

Frequently asked

How does click-to-call connect the two sides?

When the click happens, the platform places a call to each party and bridges them — so a customer who asked to be called is rung at the same moment as an available agent, and they're connected without either dialling. For outbound, an agent clicks a record and the system dials the customer for them.

Do customer and agent see each other's numbers?

No, when masking is on. The call runs through a virtual number in the middle, so the customer sees that number and the agent sees it too. That keeps both parties' real numbers private while the call stays on a line you can record and report on.

Does it work with my CRM?

Yes. Click-to-call plugs into your CRM and your website so agents call from records and visitors call from a widget. Calls are logged against the record or page that triggered them, so the conversation shows up where the rest of your customer context already lives.

How is click-to-call priced?

Per connected call by the minute, plus the virtual numbers it uses, with GST shown separately. Because a call only happens on a real click, you pay for conversations rather than capacity. See the pricing page or talk to our team.
